The only bowl match up here that is in doubt is the Sugar While they certainly could take Kansas State over Michigan they won’t they look up north to Oakland county and see one of the richest counties in the country and know this will be a set up game for the kick off to next season when Michigan and Alabama play to open the season.
The rest are either set in stone or are no brainers.
Some might question why I’m so confident in Boise here is how the selection is going to go down.
1 and 2 play each other
Sugar get first pick Alabama
Second Pick goes to Fiesta Stanford
Third Pick Fiesta Boise State.
Forth Pick Sugar Michigan
6th Pick Orange they have to take West Virginia as Clemson is the auto tie in.
The Fiesta or Sugar if for some reason bama stays at #2 which will be a sin, will have the same match up and here’s why , Unlike Utah and Hawaii whom neither showed up in any real numbers Boise State does travel very well so the fear of lost in town money won’t be there, 2 the match up of the #4 and #5 teams with Kellen Moore vs Andrew Luck is a match up made in heaven who’s TV rating might rival the LSU vs. Okie State game. It’s just too good to pass up.
SO no matter what happens at 1,2 and 3 . Boise State and Stanford will be paired up for what will certainly be one of the greatest games every played in the BCS!
If the later does happen The Fiesta will be pairing Okie State vs. Michigan which isn’t a bad second fiddle.
