The times are good right now as the Celtics are just taking it one game at a time. The Celtics have won their last 9 of 10 games and seem to be really connecting. Last week was huge as the Celtics managed to maintain the win streak with a thrilling last second three pointer to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers. That game proved to me that the Celtics can beat anyone and that they are a serious contender to win the East.
Just this morning former Celtic Rajon Rondo said he hopes the Celtics “can take the East”. I personally think it is possible, they are a team you cannot sleep on a dangerous offense followed up with a solid defense.
The road ahead for the Celtics is going to be a fun one as they will play two games before All-Star at the Air Canada Center. Tomorrow night they will take on the Milwaukee bucks and then Blake Griffin and the Clippers will come to town to play Wednesday night.
It will be fun to see if the Celtics can go on to All-Star weekend on a high note!
