The USA men’s Rugby team came into the Olympics with high hope of being on the podium. But unfortunately, that dream has fallen short. Team USA has been taken out of medal contention with their 24-29 loss to Fiji.
Team USA Finished their Group A pool play schedule with a 1-2 record. After losing a heartbreaker to Argentina 17 to 14 they came out firing on all cylinders and ran over Brazil 26 to 0. It was in this game Nate Ebner Broke a guy in half with a monstrous mid-field hit.

It would have been great to see Ebner come home with a medal around his neck but still he played incredibly well. Scoring 2 try’s (touchdowns in football talk) and scoring a total of 10 points.

All-in-all I would call this Nate Ebner Olympic run a total success he represented all of New England and the Country at the Olympics very well. It also helps that he did not get injured in the games and will be coming back to training camp within the next few days already in great shape.
