The Patriots and the NFL have announced that the will be taking over Christopher Columbus Park in Boston for a celebration leading up to the Patriots opening night game on September 7th.
The party starts at 11 a.m. and it starts big with a screening of America’s Game: The story of the 2016-2017 New England Patriots as told by LeGarrette Blount, Julian Edelman, and Dont’a Hightower.
After the viewing of Americas Game, there will be a concert with “Patriots legends” and “a live performance by a surprise musical guest.”
The event is free and is open to the public as there will be no tickets and be a first come, first serve basis. The event is going to happen rain or shine so pack accordingly. Entrances to the event site will open at starting 10:30 a.m. at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Richmond Street.
