But this week it is much more simple you win and you’re in. That right if the Patriots win this Sunday vs. the Denver Broncos they will clinch both a first round bye and a division championship. Bill Belichick would call this a “Shirt and hat game”.

New England Clinches a first-round bye with:

1. A Pats win or tie                                                                                               OR                                                                                                                     2. A Dolphins loss or tie + A Steelers loss or tie                                                     OR                                                                                                                     3. A Dolphins loss or tie + A Chiefs Win
