It’s time for another weekly Power Rankings, as the Los Angeles Rams increased eight spots after their Week 3 victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However it seems as if division rivals Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks are still higher on the PR list.
There are actually four teams with a below .500 record ahead of the Rams on the list. Here’s what USA Today had to say about the Rams after a very impressive road victory.

The Rams seemed to be all over the place on several Power Rankings. I’m guessing editors still have no idea what really the Rams are in 2016.
