I know there are some who might say yeah but hey maybe he snitched himself out maybe he told some compliance officer what happen. Ok maybe you are right lets discuss how this conversation might of went.

Nazi Parole officer “ So Mr. Geraldo Boldewijn What did you do over Christmas break?”  Mr. Geraldo Boldewijn “ I went home to be with my family and friends it was nice to be around people that love me during the holidays”

Nazi Parole Officer” You did you how did you pay for that?, I just happen to have you checking and savings account information here and know for a fact second semester student loans were not disburse until January. Just how did you pay for that ticket Mr. Geraldo Boldewijn?”

At this point if this was any other person in America other than a convicted felon on early release parole we all would of said none of your fucking business you commie mother fucking control freak! While the felon would have tried to plead the 5^th only to be reminded they have no 5^th amendment rights because they are a felon on parole.

If that is at all what happened then one needs to consider the implication of how the NCAA is treating young college kids as if they are all felons on parole. Before I even get deeper into the discussion of this so called violation, the punishment does not fit the crime. Four games of his junior year? Four fucking games really? I thought last year was a joke if its consequences were not so real but frankly I’ve fucking had it with this toothless gutless organization called the NCAA. Let’s be frank here if you are OSU you can do anything, your players can trade items for tats with drug dealers and they still get to play in the bowl games, get busted with 10 driving on suspended licenses tickets while driving free loaner cars from the local booster who owns a dealership nothing.  Why is it I cannot help but feel because of the number of foreign players Boise State fields they are being singled out? I mean let’s be real here, a host family should be considered just that, family and if another college athlete’s family members stood up to help the young man get home for the holidays would we be having this same conversation? NO!!!

Regardless this is fucking bullshit and as I said earlier the punishment is egregious and as far as I am concerned a violation of the 8^th amendment to the US constitutions cruel and unusual punishment clause. This all but ruins any hope this young man had in being a major part of this team in his junior season that alone is invaluable but it also denies him the opportunity to shine in hopes of a NFL draft selection someday. What happened here, a young man far from home was short on funds to get home, a family who has played his second family offered to bridge the gap and for that all this ? give me a fucking break. If this compares to any and all other violation we see come down from the NCAA then I guess families of Olympic athletes who put up charity events to help cover the cost of training and travel should see their athletes denied entry into the events., This is the NCCA out of control and off its fucking rocker. This is mean spirited and unjustified and Lord help me that there might be a real good civil rights attorney out there that might see it in their heart to make a case out of this and punish the NCCA for it narrowness and destructive ways. After all the young man did pay them back with his own money it’s not like he took a gift for Christ sake! You’d think the young man received the use of a 1989 rusted out Toyota Camry with 200,000 miles on it from a host family the way they are treated him in this case 😉

Someone with a fucking brain needs to wake the fuck up at the NCAA and come to grips with student exchange programs and how host families can and do support those they have taken in to their homes and as one of their own. This kind of heartless bigotry towards foreign guest of this nation’s is disgusting and embarrassing to this American.

Geraldo Boldewijn I’m sorry from the bottom of my heart I really am. I understand your desire to go home and see your family after spending so much time apart from them I want you to know this kind of Nazi inflexible intolerance to visitors of this Nation is something I am vehemently opposed to.

The NCAA as a governing body represents everything this Nation founding fathers hated.

It’s time that congress start to exert its authority over this monopoly of an Oligarchy called the NCAA and apply real over site if not total destruction of this un-American body.
