It seems Brady will not give up as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has allowed Brady’s legal team a 14 day extension to file an appeal. They now have until May 23 to file the request for a rehearing or rehearing en banc with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
This is not a total win yet as once they file the court still has to agree to rehear the case. Legal experts are saying the odds are low. All we can do is hope for the best and that the new addition to Brady’s the legal team former US Solicitor General Ted Olson can sway the judge’s opinions.
