Trinidad and Tobago defeated the U.S. Men’s National Team on Tuesday to eliminate them from World Cup contention, which was a devastating blow to players, coaches and fans.
But the heartache didn’t stop after the match was over, as ESPN analyst Taylor Twellman teed off on USMNT, calling their failure to qualify an “utter embarrassment.”
And it got worse from there, even, as someone updated Trinidad and Tobago’s official Wikipedia page to reflect what happened on the pitch Tuesday night.
The blurb that was added in reads as follows:
“It’s soccer team knocked the United States out of World Cup qualifying, because American soccer is not good.”
Wikipedia is so ruthless. Damn @ussoccer pic.twitter.com/gRPeYRjEbX

That edit may not have much to do with T&T’s country as a whole, but it does happen to be a true statement.
