U.S Appeals Court Reinstates Tom Brady’s Suspension

The decision has been made by the three-judge panel of the Second Circuit. Tom Brady will serve his four game suspension for his “involvement” in the Deflategate controversy.

The ruling came in a 2-1 vote by the three-judge panel, and followed arguments last month where a lawyer for the players’ union faced tough questioning that signaled the likely reversal of U.S. District Judge Richard Berman’s ruling.

The judges saying “We hold that the Commissioner properly exercised his broad discretion under the collective bargaining agreement and that his procedural rulings were properly grounded in that agreement and did not deprive Brady of fundamental fairness,” the ruling reads. “Accordingly, we REVERSE the judgment of the district court and REMAND with instructions to confirm the award.”

This is just outrageous let the man play football. This NFL has blown this way out of proportion. So as of right now Brady will not play against the Cardinals, Dolphins, Texans, and Bills. Three home games.
