Luke Walton had a rite of passage on Monday night, as he was ejected for the first time as a head coach.
It certainly won’t be the last time that will happen, but the Lakers head honcho was none too pleased about the officiating during the game against the Kings, and he let the officials know about it.
Walton had plenty of reason to be upset, too. The play in question happened in the first quarter, when DeMarcus Cousins clearly pulled Julius Randle to the ground. Yet, somehow, Randle was hit with a foul. Walton was furious about it, so he came on the court to argue, which got him ejected.

It’s hard to discern exactly what Walton said, but there were clearly some f-bombs included in his rant.

In his defense, that was an awful call.
