Your Daily Cartoon: Pitchers pushing the envelope with foreign substances

There’s a lot of controversy in MLB right now, and it’ll be interesting to see how pitchers fare going forward.

In the meantime, penalties for being caught using a foreign substance are in place. Not only that, teammates aren’t all that fond of catching pitchers that use those “sticky” substances as well.
