Not too long ago (within a month, I’ve just been busy), I finally managed to see a Leafs game. I had never gotten the chance to do this, so visiting Tampa for this AND a pirate parade was just too freaking awesome of a time to pass up I have quite a few pictures, and they’re worth a thousand words each, you know.
FACT: the poster for the Lightning makes them look like a boy band.

We got a sheet of Teddy Purcell cards as we entered. I got 2 sheets for some reason. I guess the old guy handing them out likes me.

There’s a guy in the upper left corner in a tan hat. He was heckling Thunderbug.

Inbetween period entertainment. They were spelling a player’s name while wearing helmets. This was the most intense spelling contest I’ve ever seen.

Colby Armstrong was a bad boy.
Dion Phaneuf and Vincent Lecalvalier hung on to each otehr for a long time. Not shoving or fighting, just two dudes hugging it out.
Tampa wins. Whatever.
