Robert Griffin III had his wallet stolen at a Browns game

Cleveland Browns v Baltimore Ravens

The Cleveland Browns can’t win on or off the field.

Robert Griffin III showed up to watch his Browns in Week 12, a 27-13 loss to the New York Giants he couldn’t help with while he recovers from an injury.

His girlfriend, Grete Sadeiko, took to Twitter after the game to reveal they had personal belongings stolen from a valet service reserved for players and family at the stadium:

She late spoke with TMZ about the issue and revealed the team is looking into the matter:

Grete tells TMZ Sports she notified the team and was told “they are looking into it and are going to solve the problem.”

A rep for the Browns says, “We are looking into the matter and it will be handled appropriately.”

Talk about an odd situation. Griffin has bigger things to worry about than someone swiping his wallet. Ditto for Sadeiko, a track and field athlete at Florida State.

With any luck, this is some sort of odd misunderstanding and the two will get their belongings back soon.
