Doc Rivers indifferent over Celtics appearing in Eastern Conference Finals

Los Angeles Clippers v Utah Jazz - Game Six

Doc Rivers coached the Boston Celtics to a title win back in 2008, but that doesn’t mean he’s necessarily married to the city.

Rivers has been coaching the Clippers since 2013, so he’s clearly moved on, and isn’t in the Eastern Conference anymore.

For some reason, though, Rivers was asked about how he felt regarding the Celtics punching their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals, and, much to the surprise of no one, he really didn’t care.

NESN covered the story and has the full details, so head over there to check out exactly what Rivers had to say.
