HOUSTON – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced the finalists for its 2013 class and among them is a former Sacramento Kings great. Mitch Richmond spent the prime of his career calling ARCO Arena his home. Cowbell Kingdom caught up with the potential hall of famer at All-Star Weekend to reflect on the honor and his career.
