In the first segment of this weeks podcast, we talk hoops with Sacramento Kings fan favorite Corliss Williamson.  After two tours of duty in Sacramento as a player, Williamson is back with the Kings once again.  This time around, the Arkansas native has a new role as one of the six assistants on coach Michael Malone staff.  After cutting his teeth at the collegiate level, Williamson is ready for a new challenge and is excited to come back to where his professional career began as the 13th pick in the 1995 draft.

You can sense a renewed energy.  It’s like a new life has been pumped into this organization.  Nothing negative about anyone who was here before, but after all the things that the Kings have gone through (and) the city’s gone through in the past few years, to have some new owners in who are excited and wanting the team to do well and are willing to provide the resources to put the team in the position to be successful.

For part two, Aaron Bruski of NBC Sports joins the show to talk on a variety of topics, including the recent hiring of Chris Mullin, the arena situation, his irrational love of Isaiah Thomas and much more.
