5. Lamar Jackson

Just as I state every week, Lamar Jackson probably won’t get his shot to start for the Baltimore Ravens this season, unless they have a playoff spot locked up by the end of the year.

Joe Flacco is doing a serviceable job, and there’s no reason for the Ravens to trot out the rookie under center if they don’t need to. As the Ravens advanced to 4-2, Jackson will just continue his role as the backup quarterback, who occasionally comes out to run the ball once or twice.

Jackson had one carry for 22 yards on Sunday against the Tennesee Titans. Considering that they handled the Titans with ease, there wasn’t any need for the trickery that involves Jackson on Sunday.
