Redskins cornerback Josh Norman was hit with one of the weirdest penalties you’ll ever see during Sunday’s game against the Browns.
Norman picked off a pass in the fourth quarter with the Redskins leading 24-20 to help seal the win. He celebrated by making it look like he was shooting an imaginary arrow.
Apparently, it was not OK. Norman was hit with an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for the celebration, which seems a bit ridiculous.

So Fernando Rodney is able to have that be his signature celebration, and Deshaun Watson did it last night against Louisville. But in the NFL, it’s not OK. That makes no sense at all.
